ABOUT US
At Psykhe Psychotherapy, we understand that life can sometimes feel unimaginably difficult to navigate. When you're overwhelmed or unsure of the next step, it can be hard to find a way forward on your own.

That's where we come in. Whether you're experiencing relationship concerns, work-related stress, unresolved trauma, or mental health issues, we're here to support you through life's road bumps—both the everyday struggles and the moments that feel particularly hard to face.

Our work is rooted in evidence-based therapies and guided by empathy and compassion. We aim to help you build the tools you need to manage life's challenges while deepening your understanding of yourself. Together, we explore the question: Why am I the way I am?—a path toward insight, healing, and personal growth.

We believe that therapy should feel safe and approachable. That's why we are committed to creating a relaxed, welcoming environment—free from pressure or judgement—where a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship can thrive.

PSYKHE
Psykhe Psychotherapy got its name from Psykhe, the Greek goddess of the soul, spirit, and compassion. In Greek, psykhe translates to "breath" or "soul"—the essence of who we are. In ancient mythology, Psykhe was often depicted with butterfly wings, symbolizing transformation and growth.

Therapy is a journey of self-reflection; it is a chance to look deeply within ourselves to better understand who we are. It is through this exploration and the courage to face our struggles that we begin to build greater self-awareness and, ultimately, self-compassion.

This is at the heart of what Psykhe Psychotherapy represents: a space for growth, healing, and meaningful personal understanding.
